We keep things simple: no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels.

Summary
- No analytics: We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools.
- No ads or trackers: No advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels.
- Local only (Synephoria): The app runs offline and stores creations locally on your device. We do not collect telemetry.
- Email only: If you email us, we store your message to respond and keep basic records.
- Minimal logs: Our web host may record standard server logs (e.g., IP, user-agent) for security and reliability.
Website
Our website is a static site. We don’t run third-party analytics, A/B testing, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling. Pages may load assets we host (images, CSS, icons, fonts from Google Fonts) to render the site correctly. Your browser shares only the data necessary to deliver those assets.
Synephoria (VR/MR App)
Synephoria is designed to be calm and private. It does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit usage data to us. Creations and settings are stored locally on your headset. Purchases, refunds, and distribution are handled by the Meta Quest store under their policies.
Loop Runner (VR App)
Loop Runner does not operate user accounts, does not run its own user-data servers, and does not include in-app analytics or advertising SDKs. However, Loop Runner uses Meta Horizon Platform Services for global leaderboards. To display leaderboard entries, the app receives limited Meta account identifiers (such as a platform User ID and display name/handle depending on your privacy settings), plus scores and ranks returned by Meta’s leaderboard services.
Emails & Support
If you email hello@courtlesrues.com, we’ll receive your email address and message contents. We use this information only to reply and maintain records of support conversations. We do not sell or rent email lists.
Cookies
We don’t set tracking cookies. Any cookies created by your browser are strictly necessary for basic site operation.
Server Logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (e.g., IP, request URL, date/time, user-agent) to operate and secure the service. Logs are used for debugging, security, and capacity planning and are deleted on a rolling basis by the provider.
Children’s Privacy
Our site and products are intended for a general audience. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@courtlesrues.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical measures to protect site traffic and correspondence. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We’ll change the effective date above and, when changes are material, we’ll provide a brief summary on this page.
